We target direct investments alongside business owners and management teams, limited partner investments (and co-investments) alongside top-performing lower middle market private equity funds, and – in select circumstances – advisory services to family and privately held businesses to assist in navigating ownership changes, succession planning, capital raising, and other strategic issues.
